Metal Detecting Addict Finds Buried Treasure Under Farmland
My metal detecting/treasure hunting TV series, “Exploring History’s Treasures” EHT, was the first REAL, reality show about metal detecting. Unlike many of the metal detecting/treasure hunting shows that followed. There was no scripting, planting, or salting the ground with finds before we dug them. More and more I have been gravitating to farmland to detect. Sometimes You don’t get a signal right away, but when you do, it’s probably going to be more interesting than a picked over schoolyard. Sometimes you may even come across an arrowhead or something like that while walking. Articles like this inspire us to try new things.
I’m also just getting started and trying shallow Creek detecting to see if that turns up anything.
